Summary & Goals
WMC Health is a dynamic, cutting-edge health system serving New York State and beyond. However, the health system's website was fragmented due to outdated hospital-specific designs and a clunky CMS, negatively impacting user engagement and experience. To address these challenges, I swiftly developed a new design aesthetic along with a comprehensive design system built on WordPress. My work encompassed the entire product design lifecycle, from research and strategy to content entry and quality assurance. I faced UX and UI challenges, including a tight timeline and a large website, which required the creation of versatile, multi-use components.

Design system development
Throughout the agile design and development process, I created a robust design system for the WMC Health website. I first set up developers with basic styles and variables, then created atoms, molecules, organisms, and corresponding page templates to support numerous page types.
